PhotoUpLink for iPhone 2 provides several ways to share photos when you are out in the field.
At the bottom of every screen is a toolbar. Tap the i button at the lower right to get context sensitive help for the page you are on or tap anywhere else to bring up the run log. The log provides information for each image uploaded, and any error messages.

Before uploading, check your network status. If you are on cellular only, overages may apply. You can inspect the video file size by going to Select Photos and tapping the file name. Consider this as part of your data plan.

PhotoUpLink 2 has UNIX based FTP code for great reliabilty and speed. A folder name can be specified. Settings are persistent between uses. An optional email can notify others of download availability and location.
Create albums on Facebook and upload multiple photos to them. MySpace is also supported, with upload location GPS and and approximate street address recorded. uplink.to short URLs make it easy to share further.

Uploading photos to MySpace from PhotoUpLink involves some set up before it can be used remotely. From the MySpace destination page on your iPhone, tap Login. This will exit PhotoUpLink and launch Mobile Safari. A web page will be displayed asking you to link PhotoUpLink to your MySpace account. After signing in, PhotoUpLink for iPhone will relaunch automatically.
The next step is to go to your MySpace page from a web browser. From your home page, click My Account at top right, then click Sync from the row of options displayed. Under “Services You Have Linked To Your MySpaceID” you should see PhotoUpLink. If not, wait a moment and refresh the page. To the right of the PhotoUpLink listing, click Settings. In the Settings window, select “Upload photos & videos to my profile”. This only has to be done on time, from now on you are set to upload a group of photos to MySpace from your iPhone, anywhere.

Select Email from the Destination screen to send as many images attached as your mail server limits will allow. The email will include a link to the location where the pictures were sent from. No setup is required mailing services are provided by uplink.to free of charge.
